RESOLUTION 7288 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Big Top Liquor <br />WHEREAS, Big Top Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Big Top Liquor's Off Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License pending a satisfactory background check and satisfactory fire inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top Liquor for the period <br />of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, pending a satisfactory background check with the <br />Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension and a satisfactory fire inspection from <br />the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />,_~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
