RESOLUTION 7289 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License for <br />Taiko Sushi Bar <br />WHEREAS, Taiko Sushi Bar, On-Sale Wine and 3.2 Liquor License expires on <br />June 30, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Taiko Sushi Bar's On-Sale Wine and <br />3.2 Malt Liquor license pending a satisfactory background check and satisfactory fire <br />inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an On Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License for Taiko Sushi Bar <br />for the period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, pending a satisfactory background <br />check with the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension and a satisfactory fire <br />inspection from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />,-~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />r,,~C.t'iM,~~ 1.~~~.h.~~~,^~'~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />'(szal) <br />
