RESOLUTION 7290 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Totino's Italian Kitchen <br />WHEREAS, Totino's Italian Kitchen's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June <br />30, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Totino's On Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License pending a satisfactory background check and satisfactory fire inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Italian Kitchen <br />for the period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, pending a satisfactory background <br />check with the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension and a satisfactory fire <br />inspection from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />
