RESOLUTION 7291 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Moe's <br />WHEREAS, Moe's intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License <br />pending full payment of their utility bill, satisfactory background check and fire <br />inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe's for the period of July <br />1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending full payment of their utility bill, a satisfactory <br />background check from the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a <br />satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />~' <br />~,, <br />~`~~ <br />Ro Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seai) <br />
