RESOLUTION 7292 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for <br />SuperAmerica located at 2640 County Road I <br />and <br />WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires on June 30, 2008; <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off Sale 3.2 Mait <br />Liquor License pending a satisfactory background check and fire inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the <br />period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending a satisfactory background check from <br />the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a satisfactory fire inspection <br />report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall. <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />,i'', <br />---_~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />f-, n <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />seal) <br />
