4. Compensation for Task 7 shall be on an hourly basis based on the <br />actual scope of work entailed. <br />5. Compensation for direct reimbursables shall be as per the existing <br />Professional Services Agreement between Mounds View and <br />Bonestroo. <br />6. All other aspects of the work not specifically addressed in the Letter <br />Agreement shall be covered by the existing Professional Services <br />Agreement between Mounds View and Bonestroo. <br />7.
