ORDINANCE NO. 806 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br />FOR 2009 thru 2013 <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City <br />Council to have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing <br />calendar year shall be prepared annually and adopted by ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the plan and held a public <br />hearing to take comment during 2008. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />The Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2009 thru 2013, as attached to this <br />ordinance, is hereby adopted. <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 27'h day of May, 2008. <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 23rd day of <br />June, 2008. <br />Publication Date: July 2, 2008 <br />ATTEST <br />~.. <br />_, w_..., _e .. <br />ti.--. ~ __........, _.. <br />,~ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />~.. <br />James Ericson, City Clerk-Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
