RESOLUTION NO. 9099 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE 2018 MOUNDS VIEW <br />COACH OF THE YEAR AARON BAHN <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Coach of the Year Award recognizes ordinary citizens <br />who have given unselfishly of their time by coaching Mounds View youth and are dedicated to <br />teaching sportsmanship and leadership skills to the youth of our community; and <br />WHEREAS, nominations were solicited from the public and were reviewed by the <br />Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Bahn was selected for the 2018 award and meets the outlined <br />selection criteria; and <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Bahn demonstrates exemplary sportsmanship both on and off the <br />field; and <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Bahn leads his team by showing leadership and attempts to instill <br />leadership skills in the players; and <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Bahn happily expends a significant amount of time and energy to <br />the betterment of the sport; and <br />WHEREAS, he consistently encourages participation by all and encourages others to <br />do their best; and <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Bahn does not expect anything in return for his actions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby present the 2018 Mounds View Coach of the Year to Aaron Bahn in sincere gratitude <br />and appreciation for his efforts as a Mounds View resident. <br />Adopted this 8th day of April, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor Carol A.
