Resolution 1095-19 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />1. The City Council ado tep d Ordinance 325 on November 8, 1982, rezoning <br />unplatted land from R-1 to R-2. This land is currently 8484 and 8486 Long Lake <br />Road. <br />2. The City Council approved a Minor Subdivision of this land into two lots for a <br />zero -lot line townhome, which was constructed in 1984. <br />During a mapping update, the City unintentionally designated 8484 and 8486 <br />Long Lake Road as zoned R-1 instead of R-2, and 8482 Long Lake Road as R-2 <br />instead of R-1. <br />4.
