Source: City Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> <br />Subject Zoning: B-3, Highway Business <br />Intent (city code): <br />The purpose of the B-3, Highway Business District is to provide for and limit <br />the establishment of motor vehicle oriented or dependent commercial and <br />service activities. <br />Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 Limited Business District; <br />amusement centers; auto accessory stores; bowling alleys; commercial <br />recreational uses; grocery stores, supermarkets; motels, motor hotels and <br />hotels; provided, that the lot area contains not less than 500 SF of lot area <br />per unit; private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with use <br />being restricted to members and their guests; adequate dining room, <br />kitchen and bar space must be provided according to standards imposed <br />upon similar unrestricted customer operations. The serving of alcoholic <br />beverages to members and their guests shall be allowed; provided, tha t <br />such service is in compliance with applicable Federal, State and Municipal <br />regulations.
