RESOLUTION NO. 9111 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE DRAFT 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />TO AFFECTED JURISDICTIONS FOR REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, MN Statute §462.355 provides the process for metropolitan <br />municipalities to update their Comprehensive Plans; and, <br />WHEREAS, prior to submitting the Draft Comprehensive Plan to the Metropolitan <br />Council, the City Council must; (1) submit the Plan to adjacent communities for their <br />review; (2) hold a Public Hearing; and (3) authorize the submittal of the Draft Plan to the <br />Metropolitan Council for its review; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council authorizes Staff <br />to distribute the Draft Comprehensive Plan to the following adjacent communities for a <br />mandatory six-month review: <br />• City of Arden Hills <br />• City of Blaine <br />• City of Fridley <br />• City of New Brighton <br />• City of Shoreview <br />• City of Spring Lake Park <br />• Anoka County <br />• Ramsey County <br />• Ramsey County <br />(regional park <br />implementing agency) <br />• Mounds View School <br />District, ISD 621 <br />• Coon Creek Watershed <br />District <br />Adopted this 13th day of May, 2019. <br />(S'EAQ <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thi iving Desirable ('onummih, <br />• Rice Creek Watershed <br />District <br />• Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation <br />• Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources <br />• Metropolitan Airports <br />Commission <br />Carol A.
