In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City Staff shall have <br />the following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance. <br />On May 28, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance 956, amending the Official <br />Zoning Map for property located at 8482 Long Lake Road to be rezoned from R-2 Single <br />& Two Family Residential to R-1 Single -Family Residential, and for properties at 8484 <br />and 8486 Long Lake Road to be rezoned from R-1 Single -Family Residential to R-2 <br />Single & Two -Family Residential. The purpose of the Zoning Map amendment is to <br />correct a mapping error. <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours <br />at Mounds View City Hall and is available online at the City's website, located at <br />www.moundsviewmn.org. <br />SECTION 3.
