RESOLUTION 9124 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TOP UNIT #4 at CITY HALL <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Department is responsible for the building maintenance at all <br />City facilities, this includes the heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) of the buildings; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City Hall RTU #24 after 21 years or service had the compressor and fan <br />failed; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received a quote from Trane Building Services to install a new RTU <br />at City Hall for a total of $13,000; and <br />WHEREAS, this repair is not budget and requires a 2019 Budget adjustment of $13,000 <br />to the Special Project Funds account 480-4180-7030. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Approves the proposal from Trane Building Services to install a new RTU at City Hall <br />for a total of $13,000. <br />2. Approves a 2019 Budget adjustment to the Special Project Fund account 480-4180- <br />7030 of $13,000 for the necessary replacement of RTU #4 at City Hall. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />4.
