Ms. <br />Freecheck was employed with the City for one year and five months (hire date of <br />January 16, 2018). Attached is Resolution 9121 which authorizes severance to Ms. <br />Freecheck in accordance with the City’s Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />Section 3.47 of the personnel manual provides for payout of unused vacation and comp <br />time hours. Employees with less than two years of service are not eligible for payout of <br />sick time hours. Ms. Freecheck resigned with 35.66 hours of vacation. Ms. Freecheck <br />had less than two years of service so is not eligible for sick time payout.
