The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br />Item 08B <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Should the twin-home be destroyed, it could be rebuilt where-is if a building permit is applied for <br />within six months of the event, no matter the zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff Recommends that the City Council conduct a Public Hearing, and First Reading of <br />Ordinance 956, Amending the Zoning Map for 8482, 8484, and 8486 Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />If the Council would like to include an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to guide the twin- <br />home for Single-Family Attached Residential (instead of the current Single-Family Detached <br />Residential), Staff recommends that this be incorporated into the DRAFT 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />A Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 956 is scheduled for the May 28, 2019 Council <br />meeting.
