Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />05/06/2019 – Conducted a re-inspection on this date and progress was made on the Fire Violations. <br />Violations still to be completed are the annual inspections and testing of the FACP, fire suppression <br />system and fire extinguishers. I met with the new employee, Edgar, during this re-inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />
