RESOLUTION NO. 9127 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF THREE COPY MACHINES AND <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City received proposals from five vendors for the purchase of <br />three new copy machines for use by the Administration, Community Development, <br />Finance, and Police Departments; and <br />WHEREAS, Loffler Companies submitted the lowest overall cost proposal <br />which includes the cost of the machines and a five year maintenance agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that staff is authorized to purchase three replacement copiers as <br />specified in the proposal by Loffler Companies at a price not to exceed $13,814. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the maintenance agreement <br />for all three copiers at the rate of $.0059 per copy for black and white and .042 per <br />copy for color. <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 2019. <br />j te��/ <br />Carol A.
