RESOLUTION NO. 9128 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE FOR <br />SETH KADUCE, 8086 LONG LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter 701 <br />of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of chickens <br />and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br />WHEREAS, Seth Kaduce has submitted an application with site plan and the <br />appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens on his property located at 8086 Long Lake <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all <br />requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br />considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held June 24, <br />2019; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License for Seth Kaduce, 8086 Long Lake <br />Road, for no more than eight chickens or eight ducks or a combination of both; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective from June 25, 2019 to <br />December 31, 2020. <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />�I 7111-/h'uikg Desu'abic Can2i mmh� <br />Carol A.
