RESOLUTION NO 9129 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR MAGGIE HICKS, POLICE SUPPORT MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, Maggie Hicks has resigned as Police Support Manager for the City <br />of Mounds View, her last day of employment is June 21, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual section <br />345(A), Ms. Hicks is eligible to receive 50% of her sick leave hours deposited into her <br />Retirement Health Savings Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual section <br />345(6) Ms. Hicks will receive 50% of her vacation compensation deposited into her <br />Retirement Health Savings Plan and 50% paid in cash; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks balance of accrued and unused vacation is 27.74 hours <br />and her sick leave balance is 110.38 hours; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks balance of accrued and unused comp time is 50.00 hours; <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks rate of pay upon resignation was $30.30 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves severance to Maggie Hicks consistent with the Mounds View Personnel <br />Manual as follows: <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 2019. <br />Carol A.
