RESOLUTION NO. 9131 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />"SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT STANDARDS" <br />WHEREAS, in 2014 the City Council directed Staff to work with Ramsey County <br />to develop the Mounds View "Solid Waste Management Standards" to provide greater <br />detail and specific requirements relating to garbage and recycling collection in the City of <br />Mounds View; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Solid Waste Management Standards were adopted <br />by resolution in October 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Solid Waste Management Standards were recently <br />reviewed and Staff found that revisions were needed; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed changes are shown in Exhibit A in red -strike through for <br />information that has been stricken and in blue -underline for information that has been <br />added; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the revisions to the City of Mounds View "Solid Waste Management Standards" <br />as presented in Exhibit A. <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 2019. <br />Carol A.
