<br />City of Mounds View * 14 <br />Solid Waste and Recycling Standards <br />by the City. This includes haulers that use a roll-off type vehicle to haul solid waste or <br />any combination thereof that contains solid waste. <br /> <br />11.2 Conditions of License: Each license shall be applied for and may be issued, renewed, <br />suspended or revoked under authority of Chapter 603 of the City Code, and each <br />licensee shall comply with all applicable requirements of Chapter 603 and of these <br />Standards. <br /> <br />11.3 Before a license is issued, the applicant shall file with the City Administrator evidence <br />that the applicant has in effect public liability insurance for the hauler's business and <br />for all vehicles as follows: <br /> <br />(1) General liability in the following amounts: <br />(a) Bodily injury, per occurrence, or combined single limit, $1,500,000.00. <br /> (b) Property damage, $500,000.00. <br />(2) Auto liability in the following amounts: <br />(a) Property damage or combined single limit, $500,000.00. <br />(b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000.00. <br />ii) Per occurrence, $5,000,000.00. <br />(3) Workers Compensation Insurance as specified by the Minnesota Department of <br />Occupational Health and Safety and federal law. <br /> <br />A. Solid Waste Vehicles <br />(1) General liability in the following amounts: <br /> (a) Property damage or combined single limit, $500,000 <br /> (b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $5,000,000 <br />(2) Auto liability in the following amounts: <br />(a) Property damage or combined single limit, $500,000 <br />(b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $5,000,000 <br />(3) Workers Compensation Insurance as specified by the Minnesota Department of <br />Occupational Health and Safety and federal law. <br /> <br />B. Roll Off Vehicles <br /> (1) General liability in the following amounts: <br /> (a) Property damage or combined single limit, $250,000 <br /> (b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $2,000,000
