RESOLUTION NO. 9115 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />LIQUOR LICENSES FROM JULY 1, 2019 TO JUNE 30, 2020 <br />WHEREAS, City of Mounds View liquor licenses expire June 30, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees; proof <br />of insurance; and satisfactory reports from, -!he appropriate City departments, MN <br />Department of Revenue, Ramsey County Property Taxation and the Fire Inspector for the <br />liquor license renewals listed in Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, all businesses shown in Exhibit A (attached) appear to meet the <br />provisions of Chapter 502 of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating <br />Liquor" or Chapter 503 entitled, "3.2 Percent Malt Liquor". <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve Liquor License renewals for each business shown in Exhibit A; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these licenses will be valid from July 1, 2019 <br />to June 30, 2020. <br />Adopted this 10th day of June, 2019. <br />ATTF,,S,T , <br />(SEAL)' <br />The Nioonds View Vision <br />A Thricre}; 9: sirable Corvnunihv <br />, _zwz <br />Carol A.
