Assistant City <br />Administrator Beeman explained Bio Clean was hoping to complete an expansion project and the <br />easement was needed for this project. <br /> <br />President Mueller questioned if the easement would affect the Skyline Motel redevelopment <br />project. Assistant City Administrator Beeman reported the motel site could be redeveloped <br />without the easement property. <br /> <br />C. Resolution 19-EDA-325 A Resolution Approving Assignment, Assumption <br />and Amendment to Purchase Agreement for the Crossroad Pointe <br />Development. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA adopt a Resolution approving <br />assignment, assumption and amendment to the Purchase Agreement for the Crossroad Pointe <br />Development. He discussed how the planning process was taking longer than was expected. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 19- <br />EDA-325, Approving Assignment, Assumption and Amendment to Purchase Agreement for the <br />Crossroad Pointe Development. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />7.
