RESOLUTION 9136 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING NO PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF LONG LAKE ROAD FROM <br />COUNTY ROAD H TO COUNTY ROAD H2. <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County will be performing road maintenance on Long Lake <br />Road from County Road H to County Road H2, and; <br />WHEREAS, The County is recommending No Parking on the West side of Long <br />Lake Road as follows: <br />• On the west side between County Road H and County Road H2 <br />• On the east side from County Road H to 160' north of County Road H <br />• On the east side from County Road H2 to 150' south of County Road H2 <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requesting the City of Mounds View provide, by a <br />resolution of support, "No Parking" on the West side of Long Lake Road from County Road <br />H to County Road H2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View agrees to the No Parking on the <br />West Side of Long Lake Road from County Road H to County Road H2. <br />2. The No Parking shall be as follows: <br />• On the west side between County Road H and County Road H2 <br />• On the east side from County Road H to 160' north of County Road H <br />• On the east side from County Road H2 to 150' south of County Road H2 <br />Adopted this 8th day of July, 2019 <br />Carol A.
