These drawings are undated, but were received May 31, 2019 (exterior <br />elevations, and 3D renderings). <br />16. <br />Access; On -Site Construction <br />Temporary construction access may be permitted through the Mounds View Public Works <br />Department. Permanent access will be through Edgewood Drive. Emergency access may be <br />through Greenfield Avenue, as approved by the SBM Fire Chief, and Public Works Director. <br />17. <br />Sidewalks and Trailways <br />Public sidewalks and trails will be designed and installed to City standards, and maintained <br />by the City. Private sidewalks will be privately maintained. <br />18. <br />Platting and Easements <br />The property shall be platted in accordance with City Code, county, and state regulations. <br />19. <br />Undergrounding of Utilities; Utility Design <br />All utilities shall be underground.
