RESOLUTION NO 9149 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PROMOTION OF HANNA KENNOW TO <br />POLICE RECORDS/EVIDENCE TECHNICIAN <br />WHEREAS, Hanna Kenow was hired as the Police Administrative Assistant; and <br />WHEREAS, upon hire Ms. Kenow took on the responsibility of Terminal Agency <br />Coordinator (TAC), a duty of the Police Records/Evidence Technician, and has met <br />expectations in that position as well as expressed a desire to add more value to the City <br />of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has discussed this at a recent work session and the 2019 <br />budget has sufficient funds to cover the pay range of the position as follows and: <br />Step 1 Step 1.5 Ste 2 _I Step 3 <br />22.39 23.09 23.79 I 25.19 <br />Steffi l Step 5 <br />26.59 j 27.99 <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Kenow is recommended to be assigned to Step 1 of the wage <br />scale effective August 12, 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the following: <br />1. Hanna Kenow shall be promoted to the Police Records/Evidence Technician <br />position effective August 12, 2019, and be assigned to Step 1 of the pay range. <br />2. Ms. Kenow shall be subject to a six-month promotional probationary period and <br />move to Step 1.5 on February 12, 2020 upon successful completion and on her <br />one year anniversary August 12, 2020 move to step 2. <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 2019 <br />Carol A.
