RESOLUTION NO. 9166 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALEXIS BOSTROM TO POLICE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for a Police Records/Evidence <br />Technician and changed position posting to Police Administrative Assistant; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for the position on its web page, <br />the League of Minnesota Cities web page, and Indeed.com; and <br />WHEREAS, Thirty-two (32) completed application packets were received and <br />eight (8) interviews were conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, An interview panel comprised of the Police Chief, Police <br />Investigator, Patrol Officer, and the Human Resources Coordinator conducted <br />interviews on July 25, 2019. At the end of the interview process staff engaged in <br />discussion and came to a conclusion for a recommendation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the hiring of Alexis Bostrom to the position of Police Administrative Assistant <br />starting September 3, 2019 at Step 2 in the 2019 compensation plan, complete a six- <br />month probationary period and advance to Step 3 on her one-year anniversary based <br />on successful job performance. <br />Level 1 Level 1.5 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level a <br />$20.40 $21.04 $21.68 $22.95 $24.23 $25.50 <br />Adopted this 26th day of August 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carol A.
