RESOLUTION NO. 9159 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />2019 FEE SCHEDULE REGARDING RENTAL LICENSE FEES <br />WHEREAS, periodic revisions and updates to the City's Fee Schedule are necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff is proposing the following revision to the 2019 Fee Schedule: <br />Rental Dwelling (Chapter 1012) <br />Administrative Fee(Multi-Family Dwellin) <br />$30 active license with no renters) <br />Single -Family Dwelling <br />$69 Ll00 per year <br />New Single Family Rental <br />S" $100 per year plus conversion fee <br />Multi -Family Rental <br />S" $100 plus 98 $25 per unit per year <br />Renewal Late Fee <br />Double the License Fee <br />License Fee Discount, Certification Level C <br />20% fee reduction <br />License Fee Discount, Certification Level B <br />33% fee reduction <br />License Fee Discount, Certification Level A <br />50% fee reduction <br />Transfer of License <br />$40 per building <br />Conversion Fee (Single Family Dwelling <br />Converted to Rental Property or that has been <br />Unlicensed for More than One Year. Buildings <br />owned by Nonprofit Entity are Exempt from <br />Conversion Fee) <br />$375 in addition to annual license fee. <br />$100 if owner presents proof of participation in <br />an applicable education or hires a management <br />company for at least a year <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve the above addition to the 2019 Fee Schedule. <br />Adopted this 9th day of September, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Carol A.
