RESOLUTION NO. 9162 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING TRAINING AND TRAVEL OUT OF STATE FOR CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR, ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR, AND HUMAN <br />RESOURCES COORDINATOR <br />WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and <br />training conferences; and <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state <br />travel; and <br />WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in individual and <br />organizational leadership; and <br />WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted in the administration <br />funds with an estimated cost of $10,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that Nyle Zikmund, Brian Beeman and Rayla Ewald are authorized to <br />attend the Gallup Work Summit Conference in Omaha, Nebraska on June 1, 2020. <br />Adopted this 9th day of September, 2019. <br />Carol Mueller, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Brian Beem , Assistant City Administrator <br />
