RESOLUTION NO. 9152 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH CTV/NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE <br />FOR CABLE RELATED SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, CTV/North Suburban Cable currently provides web streaming, cable <br />casting, video production, technical support; and <br />WHEREAS, the recent retirement of our full time cable coordinator has resulted in a <br />need to explore staffing for the meeting production; and <br />WHEREAS, CTV/North Suburban Cable can provide those services; and <br />WHEREAS, the staffing and other services provide the coverage and support we <br />need at a price within the current revenues. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View hereby authorizes execution of contract with CTV/North Suburban Cable to provide <br />services related to cable casting of meetings and video production thru calendar year 2020. <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 2019. <br />Carol A.
