ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 962 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES, A <br />NATURAL GAS UTILITY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND <br />ASIGNS, A NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, REPAIR, <br />AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE TRANSPORTATION, <br />DISTRIBUTION, MANUFACTURE, AND SALE OF GAS ENERGY FOR PUBLIC AND <br />PRIVATE USE AND TO USE THE PUBLIC WAYS AND PUBLIC GROUND OF THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA, FOR SUCH PURPOSES; AND <br />PRESCRIBING CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />On August 26, 2019, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />authorizes a franchise agreement with CenterPoint Energy Resources, A Delaware <br />Corporation, its successors and assigns a nonexclusive franchise for gas operations <br />within the City of Mounds View for 20 years from the date of acceptance. <br />A copy of Ordinance 962 is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the <br />City Administrator.
