Ordinance No. 965 <br />Page 4 <br />518.12 518.13 RECORDS AND REPORTING <br />Subd. 1. Organizations conducting lawful gambling shall file with the City Administrator one <br />(1) copy of all records and reports required to be filed with the Board, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 349, as it may be amended from time to time, and rules adopted pursuant <br />thereto, as they may be amended from time to time. The records and reports shall be filed on <br />or before the day they are required to be filed with the Board. (Amended, Ord. 844, 5-20-10) <br />Subd. 2. Organizations licensed by the Board shall file a report with the acceptable to the City <br />proving compliance with the trade area spending requirements imposed by Section 518.12 <br />(Designated Trade Area). Such report shall be made on a fet: pr-eser-ibed by the City and shat <br />be submitted annually and in ,,,a.,anee of app'ieatio for- r-enev�,al. <br />SECTION 5. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 500, Chapter 518.13, <br />of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined material and deleting the <br />sin material as follows: <br />3 518.14 HOURS OF OPERATION: Lawful gambling shall not be conducted between one <br />o'clock (1:00) a.m. (or two o'clock (2:00 A.M. if the premises has been approved for the extended bar <br />closing time) and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. on any day of the week. <br />SECTION 6. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 500, Chapter 518.14, <br />of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined material and deleting the <br />sten material as follows: <br />518.14 518.15 PENALTY: Any person who violates: <br />(a) Any provision of this Section; <br />(b) Minnesota Statutes, Sections 609.75-609.763, inclusive, as they maybe amended from <br />time to time; or <br />(c) Minnesota Statutes, Sections 349.11-349.21, as they maybe amended from time to time <br />or any rules promulgated under those sections, as they may be amended from time to time shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars <br />($1,000.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both, plus in either <br />case the costs of prosecution. In addition, violations shall be reported to the Board and <br />recommendation shall be made for suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an organization's <br />license. <br />
