RESOLUTION 7303 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR DON BURDA, <br />TEMPORARY FULL TIME BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />WHEREAS, Don Burda is a temporary full-time employee who is employed as a <br />temporary full time building inspector in the Community Development Department; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Burda's supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in his job description; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor determined that Mr. Burda has satisfactorily performed in <br />the capacity of his position as documented in his performance review on file; and <br />WHEREAS, a step increase is consistent with the Mounds View Personnel Manual <br />and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a step increase as follows: <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP & WAGE EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENT STEP & WAGE ADJUSTMENT DATE OF <br /> ADJUSTMENT <br />Don Temporary May 24, 2006 Step 3: Step 4: May 24, 2008 <br />Burda Building $23.82/hr $25.15/hr <br /> Ins ector <br />Adopted this 28th day of July, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Rob Marty, M yor <br />~~ , <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />
