RESOLUTION 7316 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES FOR <br />THE 2008 PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is required by law to hold a Primary <br />and General Election; and <br />WHEREAS, all proposed election judges listed on the attached sheet <br />have met all of the State qualifications for the position of election judge. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby ratify the appointments of the individuals listed in the <br />attachment. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes the Clerk-Administrator to appoint additional election judges <br />should there be a need. <br />Adopted this 11th day of August, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />~~~~ ~3~~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
