RESOI.TJTION 8006 <br />• <br />CITY OF MOiJNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISION TO CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />STANDARD OPERATING GUIDELINE OS-08 <br />WHEREAS, it is the duty of the City Council to enforce the provisions of City Codes and <br />• <br />u <br />Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 28, 2005 the City Council approved standard operating guideline <br />OS-08, Vacant Building I1lspection. <br />WHEREAS on May 29, 2007 staff proposed revisions to standard operating guideline 05- <br />08 to authorize summary abatement procedures for certain code violations at vacant or <br />abandoned properties. <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed revisions to standard operating guide OS-08 <br />following city council direction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />The City Council does adopt the newly revised code enforcement standard operating guideline OS-08 <br />Adopted this 25`" day of June, 2007 <br />Ro Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk/Administrator <br />~~~, <br />~-~~ <br />~„~d <br /> <br />~n~cr~~v~'~i <br />~~ '~~~~ -~1~ ~~3~ <br />~~~~~~~ <br /> <br />
