esc~/r~tlcn 7314 <br />gage <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) of 5056 Greenwood Drive and the two <br />adjoining lots to the south as requested by the Applicant subject to the following <br />stipulations: <br />1. The applicant shall execute new drainage and utility easement documents and <br />arrange for their recordation along with the revised deeds and City Council <br />resolution of approval within 60 days of the date of said approval and furnish the <br />City with proof of recordation. Failure to do so shall render this approval null <br />and void. <br />2. The applicant shall remove the existing shed from the east vacant lot (PIN 07- <br />30-23-44-0116) within 60 days from the date of Council approval. <br />3.
