RESOLUTION NO. 7330 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING VARIOUS FEES FOR RENTAL HOUSING IN MOUNDS VIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 802 on February 25, 2008, that <br />requires the owners of single dwellings that want to use them as rental properties to get a <br />rental housing license from the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View desires to recover some or most of the city's costs for the <br />inspection and management of the rental housing inspection program in the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the City needs to set the fees to charge the owners of rental housing in <br />Mounds View to help recover the costs of the program; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby authorize the following fees be effective September 15, 2008: <br />1. Rental dwellings with one rental dwelling unit - $60.00 <br />2. Reinspection fee - $47.00 <br />3. Reinstatement fee (for cases where the license is suspended) - $250.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby authorize the following fee be effective January 1, 2009: <br />1.
