RESOLUTION 7337 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008-2009 LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE MOUNDS VIEW PUBLIC WORKS COLLECTIVE BARGAIMNG UNIT <br />WHEREAS, the previously-approved Mounds View Pubiic Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement expired at the end of 2007; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Public Work bargaining unit held a series of negotiating <br />sessions in an effort to ratify a new two year agreement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met in executive session on September 8, 2008 to <br />consider revised terms associated with the 2008-2009 Labor Agreement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit has reviewed <br />and approved the terms as represented in the attached 2008 - 2009 Labor Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement <br />efifective for two years from January 1, 2008 until the December 31, 2009. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2008. <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(StAL} <br />
