Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn thanked the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, the YMCA and Pursuit Church for <br />sponsoring the Community Resource Fair this past weekend. She noted over 600 people <br />attended the event. It was her hope the event would occur again next year. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated last Tuesday he attended the Twin Cities Gateway board of <br />directors meeting. He noted the group discussed and approved the 2020 budget. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause explained he would be attending an NYFS meeting on Thursday, <br />September 26th. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported he would be attending the MWF Open House on Monday, <br />September 30th at 10:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause invited the public to attend Coffee with a Cop on Wednesday, <br />October 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at McDonalds. <br /> <br />Council Member Bergeron stated on Thursday, October 3rd he would be attending a CTV Cable <br />Commission meeting in Roseville. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn reported she attended the 75th Anniversary Celebration for the SBM Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller stated she received an informational brochure from the school district regarding <br />the proposed levy increase that would be on the November ballot. She explained further <br />information regarding the levy was available on the school districts website. She indicated this <br />matter would be voted on Tuesday, November 5th. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller reported the Ramsey County Dispatch Policy Committee would be meeting on <br />Tuesday, September 24th at 2:00 p.m. at the Mounds View Community Center. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller stated on Thursday, September 26th the Ramsey County Local League of <br />Government would be meeting at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller encouraged drivers to watch for buses and children walking to school. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund had nothing additional to report.
