RESOLUTION NO. 06-EDA-213 <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />REAPPOINTING DR. GREG BELTING AND JACQUELINE ENTSMINGER TO <br />THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission consist of members <br />appointed by the Economic Development Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, there are currently two vacant seats which expired on <br />December 31, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been past practice to reappoint members who have <br />indicated a desire to continue to serve on the Economic Development <br />Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Economic <br />Development Authority do hereby approve Dr. Greg Belting and Jacqueline <br />Entsminger to the Economic Development Commission for a three year term to <br />expire on December 31, 2008. <br />Adopted this 9th day of January, 2006 <br />by the Mounds View Economic <br />Development Authority <br />~~, <br />Rob Marty, President <br />ATTEST: ~ ~ /_ <br />~~ <br />~ Kurt Ulrich, Executive Director <br />(SEAL) <br />
