Item 08C <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Surveyor, prior to the City signing the Final Plat mylars; and, <br />7. The Developer shall comply with the Purchase and Development Agreement by and <br />between Mounds View Economic Development Authority and INH Properties <br />(Resolution 19 -EDA -320); and, <br />8. No grading or construction on the property shall take place unless permitted by <br />applicable authorities; and, <br />9. The Developer shall pay all of the City's costs in reviewing the application, including <br />those of the City Attorney and engineering or other consultants; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, within six months of this <br />approval, the Developer shall record the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Register of Deeds or <br />Registrar of Titles. Within ten days of recording, the Developer shall furnish the City with a <br />reproducible copy of the Final Plat showing evidence of recording.
