Furthermore, the cost of building and maintaining a <br />wastewater treatment facility runs into the 100's of millions and absent participants <br />engaging in conservation and maintenance efforts, that cost will be born on the backs of <br />users as well. <br />The adoption of this ordinance will result in the creation of a new position in Public <br />Works funded in majority by the fee imposed on the sale.
