RESOLUTION NO. 9183 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING EARLY CONSTRUCTON AT CROSS ROAD POINTE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved numerous documents related to the <br />Cross Road Pointe Development, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has entered into a purchase agreement with the <br />Developer, and; <br />WHEREAS, the property closes at 11:00 AM on Monday November 11, 2019, and; <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Cross Road Pointe LLC. And G.R. Scherber Properties <br />LLC wish to begin early construction to avoid delays due to winter conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby authorize Early Construction <br />Agreement with Cross Road Pointe MV, LLC and G.R.
