RESOLUTION NO. 9190 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />ANDY NELSON, PARKS/FORESTRY MAINTANCE WORKER <br />WHEREAS, Andy Nelson has resigned as Parks/Forestry Maintenance Worker for <br />the City of Mounds View; his last day of employment will be November 13, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual and Public <br />Works Collective Bargaining Agreement, Mr. Nelson is eligible for a cash payout of his <br />vacation hours and comp hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Nelson's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 57.58 hours <br />and his comp time balance is 0.64 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Nelson's rate of pay upon resignation was $30.31 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves severance to Andy Nelson consistent with the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement and the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows: <br />Hours Hourly rate <br />Payout <br />Vacation Hours 57.58 $30.31 <br />$ 1,745.25 Cash Payout <br />Comp Hours 0.64 $30.31 <br />$ 19.40 Cash Payout <br />Total Severance: <br />$ 1,745.65 <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Adopted this 12th day of November, 2019. <br />Carol A.
