RESOLUTION NO. 9192 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT ADDENDUM DATED DECEMBER 31, 2019 WITH <br />MINUTE MAKER SECRETARIAL <br />WHEREAS, Minute Maker Secretarial (formerly TimeSaver Off -Site Secretarial, Inc.) <br />has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and Planning Commission meetings since <br />1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by Minute Maker Secretarial (formerly TimeSaver Off -Site <br />Secretarial, Inc.); and <br />WHEREAS, rates for Minutes Maker Secretarial have increased for 2019 by <br />approximately 2.5%; and <br />WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording Secretary <br />Service Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council agrees <br />to and accepts the terms of the Minute Maker Secretarial recording secretary service <br />agreement addendum dated December 31, 2019, as attached <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement shall expire December 31, 2020. <br />Adopted this 25th day of November, 2019. <br />Carol A.
