COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Re -adoption of the Second Reading of Corrected Ordinance 966. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council readopt the Second Reading of corrected <br />Ordinance 966. He reported this Ordinance had a typographical error that needed to be corrected. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Waive the Second Reading and Re -Adoption of <br />Corrected Ordinance 966. <br />ROLL CALL: Bergeron/Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />B. Adopt Resolution 9183, Agreement for Early Construction Start. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council adopt a Resolution approving an agreement <br />for early construction start. He commented on an email he received from Kennedy & Graven <br />regarding the INH project explaining INH would like to begin footing and utility work. <br />
