Andy has been <br />employed by the City since May 29, 2018. Attached is Resolution 9190, which authorizes <br />severance to Mr. Nelson in accordance with the Public Works Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement and the City's Personnel Manual. <br />nicrimcinn <br />Articles 26 (Severance) and 27 (RHSP) of the Public Works Labor Agreement provide <br />direction concerning severance payouts. Article 26 indicates that upon separation of <br />employment with the City, the employee shall be provided severance compensation of <br />accrued and unused vacation hours and accrued compensatory time. In addition, Article <br />27 indicates that, upon separation, employees who have completed two years of service <br />and leave in good standing shall have fifty percent (50%) of unused sick deposited into <br />the employee's Retirement Health Savings Plan.
