Individual pr-epeAy ewner-s ma <br />In an emergency the Municipality may require immediate entry <br />onto the property by Municipal designees. (Ord. 803, 4-14-08; Amended, Ord. 844, <br />5-20-10) <br />Subd. 3. Testing and Repairs: <br />a. All applications for the maintenance and repair of water meters shall be made to <br />the City Administrator. (Amended, Ord. 844,5-20-10) <br />b. Said meters shall be tested and repaired, from time to time, as is necessary to insure <br />accurate measuring of the flow of water; except, that whenever a meter has been <br />damaged due to negligence on the part of persons other than the employees of the <br />City ; the owner, occupant or user of the premises or such other <br />persons desiring the use of the water shall reimburse the City <br />for the expense of repairing any such meter and for the cost of testing any meter <br />exeeeding five-eighths ineh (5 8"�rc�-) in si'e Upon failure to reimburse the <br />Municipality within a reasonable time and upon demand therefor, the water service <br />and supply to said premises may be shut off or discontinued as determined to be in <br />the best interest of the City. <br />,,, ufs after the sea' is 1..roken or- the meter- ie ed.
