Exclusion from Penalties: The Crime Free Rental Housing Program is Voluntary therefor <br />is excluded from the Penalties outlined in the following Section 1012.09. <br />SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br />following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br />On December 9, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance 971 that amends Title 1000, <br />Chapter 1012 of the Mounds View City Code pertaining to rental dwelling licenses. The <br />purpose of the amendment was to update the crime free rental housing program <br />certification requirements and further update the code to conform to current City practices <br />and state law, as necessary. <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at <br />Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's web site located at <br />www.moundsviewmn.org. <br />SECTION 4.
