City, county, state or federal agency projects whose plans and <br />specifications meet the requirements of this ordinance and are reviewed <br />and approved by the City under a separate process. <br />j. A lot for which a building permit has been approved on or before the <br />effective date of this ordinance. <br />k. Any part of a subdivision if a final plat for the subdivision has been <br />approved by the City Council on or before the effective date of this <br />ordinance; <br />I. Installation of fence, sign, telephone, and electric poles and other kinds <br />of posts or poles. <br />Exemption from the permit requirements of this Chapter shall not be deemed to <br />grant authorization for any work to be done in any manner in violation of the <br />appropriate best management practices set forth in the City of Mounds View land <br />disturbance plan and Implementation requirements. <br />1303.07: Submittal Requirements <br />Subd. 1. PERMIT APPLICATION: To obtain a permit, the applicant shall first file <br />an application on a form furnished by the City for that purpose. Every such <br />application shall: <br />a. Identify and describe the work to be covered by the permit for which <br />application is made. <br />b. Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done by legal <br />description, street address or similar description that will readily identify <br />and definitely locate the proposed building or work. <br />c. Indicate the purpose of the proposed work. <br />d. Be accompanied by plans, diagrams, computations and specifications <br />and other data as required in Subd. 3 of this section. <br />e. State the valuation of the work. <br />f. Create a land disturbance plan as required by Subdivision 3 of this <br />Section. <br />g. Be signed by the permittee or authorized agent. <br />h. Give such other data and information as may be required by the City. <br />i. Approximate start date and anticipated date of completion. <br />
